Jeffrey was trained at Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and graduated in 2015. His theatre credits whilst at RADA were The Ecstasy and the Ecstasy (RADA, GBS Theatre, dir. Jon Stancato); Old Ekdal in The Wild Duck, (RADA, dir. Robert Fried); The Man With The Bandage / The Scrivener / The Young Peasant / Soldier in Mother Courage and her Children (RADA, dir. Andrew Visnevski and Guillaume Pigé); The Duke / Judge / Piero / Ambitioso / Supervacuo / First Gentlemen / First Noble / Mask Narrator in The Revenger’s Tragedy (GBS Theatre, dir. Peta Lily); Fury in The Eumenides (Messene Festival - Greece, dir. Cara Nolan); Clown in The Winter's Tale (RADA, dir. Daniela Peleanu-Hardie & Jüri Nael); and Ensemble in Woyzeck (RADA, dir. Izumi Ashizawa).
For his debut feature film, Jeffrey plays the role of Taka in "Queen", a Bollywood box office sensation which has won five Best Film awards at the IIFA Awards 2015, 21st Annual Screen Awards 2015, 62nd National Film Awards 2015, 60th Britannia Filmfare Awards 2014 and Stardust Awards 2014. Vikas Bahl (director of "Queen") describes Jeffrey as "the most instinctive, impulsive actor I have worked with. His ability to imbibe the role, rehearse it and yet play it casually is beautiful. A delight to work with him."
However, despite his screen work, Jeffrey's career so far has been primarily in theatre; he recently played an underground leader of a London/Chinese triad role called Becoming The Night sponsored by Red Bull. He also appeared in 'M. Butterfly' at GBS Theatre, RADA and 'The Butterfly Lovers' at Tara Arts Theatre, taking lead roles in both productions. He made his Shakespeare debut in 'As You Like It' at the White Bear Theatre, receiving outstanding reviews for his great comic timing, and this was followed with a monologue from Hamlet in the ACME Showcase (The Actors Centre) at Tristan Bates Theatre. He worked with Young Vic Director Arden Redgrave in 'Mezzanine', at the Canal Cafe Theatre, and on his debut off-west end production 'Breathing Space' at the Courtyard Theatre. Again he was singled out for his comic timing, his quick-fire responses and his wonderful physicality.
Jeffrey is a member of all the professional bodies including Equity, Spotlight, The Actors Centre and The Actor's Guild. He continues to upkeep his training, attending workshops and thriving to be a better actor.
